The "Team Coaching & Team Interventions" training helps you guide teams with peace of mind, insight, and connection. You'll learn what psychological safety means and how to create an environment where team members feel comfortable speaking up, sharing mistakes, and addressing each other. You'll also explore your own role: how do you remain open and present, especially when things get tough?

The program
The training combines practice-oriented theory with experiential learning.
You'll work with your own case studies, practice with feedback and team models, and reflect on your own role in group dynamics. During the sessions, we'll alternate between brief explanations and active practice.
