Impactful Storytelling

As an HR professional, you're leading a new way of looking at work and organizations: from HR to HX. But how do you get others on board? In this interactive training, you'll learn how to translate your vision into an inspiring and authentic story that resonates.

We'll work on structure, composition, and timing, and you'll discover how storytelling helps to connect with and persuade people. You'll also practice presentation skills and learn to handle resistance or difficult situations, so you can present to any group with calmness, humor, and confidence.

The program

In the morning, you'll work with moderator Lieke van Gameren on your story. Step by step, you'll build a powerful and credible plot that reinforces your message.

In the afternoon, you'll pitch and practice posture, tone, and interaction. You'll learn to handle resistance, people looking away, and sharp questions, and discover how to stay in control with humor and presence. It's an active training session. Think beforehand about the story you want to tell: about HX, your organization, or yourself. Which story do you want to make an impact with?
