Don't expect a standard recruitment event, but an afternoon full of discussions, workshops and meetings that will get you thinking.

Who is Future HX @ Rvdb for?

This event is intended for professionals who are interested in a (future) role at Rvdb as:

• Junior, medior or senior HX interim professional (IP)
• HX Consultant

Whether you're just starting your career, already have experience, or are ready for the next step, this afternoon will help you discover what it's like to work at Rvdb and whether our way of working suits you.

Registering for this event doesn't mean you have to apply immediately; it's mainly an opportunity to explore whether Future HX is a good fit for you .

What can you expect?

Reception & introduction (2:00 PM – 2:30 PM)

We'll start with a relaxed reception at our office. Upon arrival, you can register for speed dates with various Rvdb members, such as (Senior) IPs, HX Consultants, Directors, Corporate Recruiters, Talent Managers, or Project Managers from our School of HX.

Welcome & explanation (2:30 PM – 2:35 PM)

Our corporate recruiters Sanne and Marlou will briefly introduce you to the program and explain what the afternoon will look like and how to get the most out of your visit.

Our social mission (2:35 PM – 2:55 PM)

What drives Rvdb? And how do we make a social impact with Human Experience?
The management talks about our social mission, our vision on work and why HX is more than just a buzzword for us.

Workshops: experience HX in practice (3:00 PM – 3:30 PM)

You will follow one of two interactive workshops, tailored to your profile:

🔹 Workshop 1 – You & Rvdb: a values ​​check
For junior & intermediate profiles
Discover what drives you. Using values ​​maps, you'll get to know yourself better and see how your personal values ​​align with those of Rvdb.

🔹 Workshop 2 – The HX Scan: look at organizations with different eyes
For senior IP & consultancy profiles
Get started on the content and conduct a short HX scan with a Rvdb consultant. How people-focused is an organization really?

Speed ​​dates (3:35 PM – 4:00 PM)

In short, 5-minute speed dating sessions, you'll meet with several Rvdb members. Ask questions, share your ambitions, and discover which role or direction suits you best.

Drinks & free conversations (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

We'll close with drinks. Time to:

• Continue talking to people you haven't spoken to yet
• Using the badges as conversation starters
• Taking a walk around the office
