Using thinkers such as Aristotle, Karl Marx, Hannah Arendt and Michel Foucault, we explore the deeper layers of meaning of work. We investigate how philosophy helps us to question contemporary assumptions about work and organisations and to create space for a more humane and sustainable organisation.
