As an HR professional, you regularly find yourself speaking to groups, for example, in a project team or when leading a meeting. How do you design and facilitate sessions that truly make an impact, are energizing, and have strong content? Who are you as a facilitator, and how do you handle challenging situations in a group?
The " Creating and Facilitating Group Sessions" training encourages you to develop innovative and structured sessions and helps you discover your preferences as a facilitator. You'll work step-by-step on creating a group session and learn how thorough preparation can help you present to a group with more calmness, confidence, and authenticity. This isn't a presentation training course, but an in-depth facilitation training that provides you with tools to facilitate groups of all sizes.

The program
The training combines practical theory with interactive and experiential learning. You'll develop the ideal process for an impactful session (create), and you'll explore your natural facilitator style (facilitate). We'll focus on preparation, group dynamics, various facilitator roles, and strengthening your confidence in front of the group.
This training is ideal if you...
- Regularly facilitates or wants to facilitate meetings, workshops or group sessions;
- You want to discover and strengthen your own style as a facilitator, even if you have little experience in front of a group;

You want to lay a solid foundation to guide sessions of all sizes with confidence, structure and fun.
Practical information
- Duration: Two sessions of 3.5 hours. Day 1 on September 8, 2026; Day 2 on September 28, 2026. Both days are from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Number of participants: 12.
- Food and drinks: including a small snack.
