The program
The training combines practical theory with practice. We work with models from EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Imago, adapted to the workplace. These provide a framework for better understanding and discussing emotions, needs, and behavior. You'll bring in your own case studies and practice with concrete tools to make interventions both powerful and safe.
