As an HR professional, you're constantly in conversation: with employees, managers, and colleagues. But how do you remain clear and people-focused in your communication? Good communication is more than just talking: it's observing, coordinating, and sometimes even confronting. Many professionals recognize that they sometimes weaken their point or get stuck in difficult conversations.

The program

• Day 1: You'll explore key insights into communication and emotional intelligence through brief explanations, experiential exercises, and reflection. You'll bring in your own practical situations and immediately apply what you learn.
• Day 2: During day 2 we will build on this and you can practice with an actor to bring your learning experience to life.
