Influencing with impact

As an HR professional, you navigate a dynamic field of interests, beliefs, and expectations. You see what's needed, but how do you ensure others follow suit?

The Influencing with Impact training helps you exert influence in a way that aligns with your personality, with strength, empathy, and strategic insight. You'll discover your unique motivations and communication preferences and learn how to build bridges with others based on these insights, even when faced with resistance or diverging interests.

• Tools to recognize, understand and transform resistance.

The program

We combine theoretical insights with practical exercises, alternating between brief explanations and hands-on practice. We practice and work with our own current case studies, which we prepare beforehand. Throughout the training, we will also practice with feedback models. Optionally, you can participate in role-playing with an actor to bring these skills to life.
