Growing, learning, and strengthening together. During peer supervision, you learn from and with peers by sharing experiences, insights, and feedback. Together, you'll explore current issues, receive practical tips, and discover new perspectives that you can immediately apply in practice.

Under the guidance of an experienced coach, you'll work on your professional and personal development in a safe and confidential setting. Ideal for HR professionals who want to sharpen their skills and continuously grow.

Method

Under the guidance of a professional coach, participants share their experiences, challenges, and insights in a confidential and safe environment. The coach ensures a smooth process, encourages in-depth reflection, and maintains confidentiality within the group. Over the course of a year, the group will meet four times, approximately once per quarter.

For whom?

Peer coaching is ideal for mid-level and senior HR professionals who want to refine their skills and continuously develop their careers. You can register individually or as a group (4-6 people).

Case study examples

  • A regular absence management process has resulted in a mutual employment dispute. How do I handle this, and what role can mediation play?
  • An employee is a star in their work. I want to offer them sufficient challenge and development. How do I approach this process?
  • One of the teams has an undesirable culture, which the management team would like to address. How do I support the managers in introducing different behaviors?
  • As an HR Business Partner, I'm having a hard time getting a seat at the table with the management team I manage. How can I make my voice heard more?

  • Duration: 4 sessions of approximately 3 hours.
  • Location: Rvdb Amsterdam or a location to be agreed upon.
  • Number of participants: 4-6. Registration is possible individually or as a group.
  • Costs: €1,500 per person
